Refund policy

This store sells two kinds of products.

Virtual or non-physical goods, including language-learning membership redemption codes: once payment is completed and the code or content has been sent, no refund or replacement is offered, whether or not the code has been redeemed. A delivered code can be copied or used and cannot be returned.

Physical goods: returns and refunds follow the actual rules published for that product at the time of sale.
